His results table publishes what the client actually took home. Beneath at least one headline recovery the page prints a footnote giving the net to the client — a figure most firms never show. We print no amounts, but the disclosure itself is unusual enough to record.

The bar record

We read Hayden Briggle in the State Bar of Texas Find a Lawyer directory — the same register behind every Houston, Dallas and Austin listing on this site. The practice, school, fee and language rows are supplied by the lawyer; the Bar publishes them without verifying them, and prints in words where a lawyer has supplied nothing.

Texas answers, and asks more than anyone else. The State Bar prints No Public Disciplinary History as a sentence — not a blank like Washington, not a missing field like Pennsylvania. And it asks about eight things no other register on this site asks about at once: practice areas, law school, fee options, languages, other states, courts of admittance, firm size and services provided. Where a lawyer declines, it prints the refusal in wordsNone Reported By Attorney — so you can tell a question nobody asked from one nobody answered. One record in this city says that five times.

These nine were held once, and the hold is why this listing exists in the form it does. Nine Austin lawyers — this one among them — first reached us with an entry from austinbar.org, the Austin Bar Association’s find-a-lawyer: a voluntary membership directory with no disciplinary field of any kind. We did not publish them. The State Bar of Texas records have since been supplied, and the comparison settled the question: all nine read No Public Disciplinary History — the field the directory does not have — and on top of that, three of the nine licence dates in the directory were wrong and four addresses disagreed, with the regulator matching the lawyer’s own website on three of them. The wait produced a better record, not merely a slower one.

What the record shows

His firm’s Austin rideshare page carries a results table in which at least one entry is footnoted with the net amount received by the client, stated to the cent, beneath the gross recovery. We fetched the page on 27 August 2026 and confirmed the footnote is there. We print no settlement or verdict figures and none of those numbers appear here — but across two hundred and twenty-eight listings, this is the first firm we have seen publish a net-to-client figure at all. A headline recovery and what the client banked are different numbers, and almost every firm shows only the first.Verified

His own biography states his bar number and admission year. Both match the State Bar record exactly — 24059487 and 2007. That sounds like a low bar; it is one that a number of biographies on this site do not clear.Verified

The register records Other States Licensed: Colorado, admission to the Texas Western District Court, and Spanish under language assistance — all three of which his biography also claims. Register and biography agree on every checkable point.Verified

The name on the register is Stockton Anthony Hayden ‘Hayden’ Briggle. The association directory we were first sent rendered it Briggle, Stockton A. Hayden Anthony. We give the register’s form and the name he practises under.Verified

brigglepolan.com — a long Austin rideshare page whose results table does something almost no firm does: it annotates a headline recovery with the net amount the client actually received. We print no figures, but the practice is worth naming
This is the firm’s own marketing. It shows they hold themselves out as taking rideshare cases — it is not evidence that they have run one, and we have not verified any rideshare case they have handled.

What we haven’t checked

Not established. His Colorado record, a register we did not search. Every figure in the results table, including the net-to-client footnote, which we describe but do not reprint or verify against court records. We have not reviewed court records for case outcomes, we print no settlement or verdict figures, and we have no basis for judging quality of representation. A bar check is a floor, not a ranking.
